What do homeowners ask about Storm Damage?
How fast can you tarp a roof?
Same day during business hours, often within a few hours of the call. Active storm response (during the actual rain event) is harder — we'll come when it's safe to climb, usually as soon as winds drop. A temporary tarp keeps water out for 30-90 days while you arrange permanent repair.
Will my insurance cover storm damage?
Wind, hail, and wind-driven rain are standard covered perils on homeowners policies. Flood (rising water from outside) needs a separate flood policy. Earth movement (mudslide) is a separate exclusion. Most storm losses end up partially covered — wind damage covered, ground-water portion not. We document the cause clearly so adjusters can apply coverage correctly.
Should I file a claim before calling you?
Call us first. We help you scope the damage so the claim you file is accurate, and we document everything from the start. Filing without an accurate scope often leads to a low first offer that's hard to supplement later.
Do you handle permanent roof repair too?
We handle the water and rebuild side. We don't lay roofing — that's a roofer's job. We have trusted roofer partners we coordinate with, or we'll work with your existing roofer. The important thing is they go on the same insurance claim.

Homeowners who hired us for this
Called at 11 p.m. when our water heater let go in the garage. Truck was here in under an hour, water out before midnight, fans and dehus running by 1 a.m. Direct billed our insurance. Couldn't have asked for more.
Found mold behind the laundry-room baseboard during a remodel. They contained the area, set up scrubbers, removed the affected drywall, and brought in an independent tester for the clearance. Done right, no shortcuts.
Slab leak under the kitchen. They worked alongside our plumber, dried the cabinets in place with InjectiDry, and saved us from gutting the whole kitchen. Daily moisture readings sent to our adjuster.
